Safe Harbor was proud to join fellow community members to volunteer at the annual Resilience Night at Hull Park, 660 Hannah Ave., in Traverse City earlier this month.

 

It was an evening with filled stories, awareness, and great music. Local business Babcia’s generously provided pierogis to Safe Harbor after the event. We have such an amazing community! 

 

This welcoming, family-friendly gathering, held from 4-8 p.m. Sept. 16, is part of the Traverse City Police Department Resilience Program and is a stigma-reduction event. Participatants enjoyed: 

• Food trucks
• Live music
• Face-painting
• Dunk tank

This annual event also features the opportunity to walk a mile with your friends, family, and community members.

 

Safe Harbor is grateful for the connection and support that is celebrated during Resilience Night. We look forward to future events!
