Board term: 2025 - 2028

Michael McCrary joined the board in 2025 after serving on Safe Harbor's steering committee and other subcommittees. "My passion for serving our homeless population grew and I felt I could offer some strategic thinking and process as we evaluated next steps as an organization," he said.

A personal goal for Michael is to reflect Christ’s love for our neighbors who are suffering. He intends to use his time, talent, and resources to positively impact the community through service and engagement while pursuing justice for the marginalized.

Michael’s wife Karen and their four children share his passion for service and heart for the unhoused. In his free time, he is also passionate about fly fishing and bird dogs. He enjoys being outdoors whenever possible.
